Before printing:

- Print at 100% / Actual Size (do not select "Fit to Page").

- Check the 1-inch test square before cutting.

- Assemble the pages by following the alignment marks.

Materials

Tools

- Scissors

- Sewing needle that suits your thread

- Pins

- Pencil (a white pencil is helpful when working with dark fabrics)

- Chopstick or another narrow stick for stuffing

- Iron

Thread

Recommended:

- Gütermann Natural Cotton Thread (or a similar natural cotton thread)

- Gütermann Hand Quilting Thread (or a similar hand quilting thread)

You can also use embroidery thread, especially for decorative stitching and details.

Fabrics

- Woven cotton fabrics are recommended.

- Choose fabrics that are not too thick.

- Avoid stretchy fabrics.

Stuffing

Cotton balls work perfectly for this project since only a small amount of stuffing is needed.

You can also use cotton stuffing or polyester fiberfill, as long as it isn't overly fine or broken into very small pieces.

Before You Begin

I recommend watching the workshop once before starting. Then gather your materials, print the patterns, and enjoy working at your own pace. Feel free to pause, rewind, and revisit any part of the class whenever you like.
